If you have a complaint, please send us an email at info@artainvestments.com outlining your contact details and clearly stating the reason for your complaint. If you could kindly provide us with as much detail as possible including timescales of the events in question, this will help us to resolve the matter more efficiently.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
We will conduct a formal investigation and provide you with a formal written response within 28 days of the date of your acknowledgment. In certain circumstances, your formal complaint response could be delayed.
If this happens, we will provide you with an updated timescale before the expiration of the initial stated 28 days.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact a third-party dispute resolution service such as The Property Ombudsman for further assistance.
We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issue quickly and effectively.
